The voltage higher than 13.1 V means it was faced to incoming sunlight within 5 degrees’ tolerances.

Program result:
When left sensor's value higher than right sensor's value, drive motor in positive way.
When right sensor's value higher than left sensor's value, drive motor negative way.
When left sensor's value equal right sensor's value+air value, stop moving.
​
Conclusion:
The testing data of voltage values were higher than 13 V when the device worked which means the solar tracker was built successfully since the device automatically rotate and face the incoming sunlight within 5 degrees’ tolerances, and increased 23% energy receive.
